At Tessvero Sales Store, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

  • Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered within 15-25 business days via EMS.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. We currently ship globally, excluding certain regions in Asia and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Flame Resistant Jeans
  • Overalls

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
  2. Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Attach the RAN to the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the package to the following address using a trackable shipping method:

  4. Wait for Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed, or your exchange will be shipped out.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the new item to you once we receive and process your return. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by us.
